01 · LAND
Land projects
Discuss the asset, proposed use of funds, title checks and sale-dependent outcome. Participation does not mean direct land ownership.
SHIVOHUM FINANCE
Land projects, construction participation and monthly committee discussions. Three different models, with different rights, responsibilities and questions to ask.
THREE DISTINCT CONVERSATIONS
01 · LAND
Discuss the asset, proposed use of funds, title checks and sale-dependent outcome. Participation does not mean direct land ownership.
02 · CONSTRUCTION
Understand development costs, milestones, completion and sales. The agreement determines how costs, losses and any proceeds are allocated.
03 · COMMITTEE
Members contribute periodically; one member receives the pooled payout by the agreed turn or bidding process. This is different from project profit participation.
UNDERSTANDING COMMITTEE
In the model described by our team, members contribute every month and a member receives the pooled amount by turn or bid. Receiving a payout does not automatically end the obligation to make future contributions.
Before considering any arrangement, ask about the organiser, applicable sanction and registration, contribution schedule, allocation method, bidding deductions, fees, security, defaults and written member rights.
Committee information only. No active committee, member enrolment, payment collection or assured benefit is offered on this website. The applicable legal position and operator details must be established before an arrangement is offered.
A MORE INFORMED DISCUSSION
01
Tell us whether your question concerns land, construction or committee. These arrangements should not be treated as interchangeable.
02
Understand the entity, documents, costs, obligations, risks and the conditions governing payouts or distributions.
03
Seek independent advice and review the final written terms. A call or website enquiry is not a commitment.
The proposed model discussed here does not transfer direct land ownership to a participant. Any rights, costs, profit or loss allocation, exit conditions and payment obligations depend on the final written agreement and applicable legal requirements.
A project can make a profit, incur a loss or take longer than expected. A sale alone does not establish an investor distribution: costs, obligations and agreed terms matter. Capital, returns and exit dates are not guaranteed.
No investment scheme, ticket or financial product is offered for subscription through this page. We do not accept investment applications or payments online. Specific project participation would require its own legal assessment, disclosures and written terms. Seek independent legal and financial advice before any commitment.
